The Sheet rock is all hung, now they get to come back and mud and tape the house. Hopefully it will be done next week. The Stone on the front of the house is all finished and we are putting the siding up.

May 10, 20010-

Our sheetrock was deliverd today and they will start hanging on Wednesday, May 12.

Our Stone is half way done and it is looking so good. We have starting the J-Channel and Siding on the east side of the house. It is looking good. We got our siding at an awesome deal. The company was closing out the size of siding at an amazing price and they had the right amount for our house.

I can't wait to see it all together.

We had another Inspection on May 7, 20010 to finish up the 4-way. Check the Insulation and check the felt paper and flashing for our rock. We have our Soffit and Fascia all up. We passed!

4-way Inspection

We scheduled our first 4- way inspection (Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing) on April 22, 2010.

The inspector left a list of 20 items to fix before we could pass. We spent the next week working on all of the items.We scheduled our second 4-way (Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing) on April 30, 2010. We passed everything except one item, something to do with washers and bolts for our laundry room wall. We passed enough to go a head and start the Insulation and Exterior work.

We have an Inspection for our Stone papering and insulation – Thurs May 6, 2010 @ 9:00

May 4, 2010

We had our Exterior guys come and put our soffit and fascia up along with papering and netting for our stone. We will be able to get the stone started as soon as we pass the inspection.

We had our Insulation company come May 4, 2010 and they put insulation in the walls, when we pass the inspection we can go ahead with sheetrock and insulation in the attic.

We will be picking up siding on Wed May 5, 2010 and start siding the outside of our house.

We have Sheet Rock Scheduled to go in/up on Monday May 10, 2010

We have been busy picking out colors of stone/rock, siding, tile, cabinets, countertops.

We have had to figure out were to put lights, light switches, plugs, T.V., Telephone jacks and lots of stuff like that.
