We have been working on getting the roof sheathed for quite some time know. Who new we pick a complicated roof line. Dan took the day on work on Friday and my brother Sam came up, they worked on the east side of the house. On Saturday October 31, 2009, We had an amazing crew, we got a lot done, Thanks to my Dad, Sam, Danny, Zack, Carrie, Kent, Adam, K.C., Luke!

We have all the walls up on the Exterior. Yea!

We almost have a roof! well half a one.

We have most of the back of the house covered with ply-wood,
We have the front of the house left and that should be fun.

Roof Trusses

This is what the house looked like before we started working on Saturday September 26, 2009.

We scheduled a crane to come and help us lift trusses on the house, The crane driver was suppose to show up between 1:00 -2:00. He showed up at 12:40.

This is the First Truss we put up on the house, It is a pretty cool process.

This is our house about half way threw around 3:30.

We are all finished, it took awhile but we got it all up. We had a very opinionated crane driver. He was telling us how to do things, it was not fun.

We finished putting up all the walls in the Upstairs and put on all the top plates. Are Roof Trusses or coming on Monday September 21, 2009 and we are putting them up on September 26, 2009 with a big Crane. Here are some pic of what it is starting to look like.

Interior Walls

We framed half of the Interior walls today, we meet with are truss guy on Friday and we will be ordering them on Monday and have them in a week or so. September 26, 2009 we will be putting trusses on the house. Yea, we will be getting a roof. Here are pictures of the inside walls.

We framed and almost sheathed the whole garage which we were hoping to do. We almost met our goal.
